Withdrawal Form

All refunds and withdrawals will be assessed a fee of $50 for transaction expenses. This fee is waved if entry is transferred to another SIK Golf Tour event.

Players who choose to withdraw from the event after the deadline will receive NO REFUND, unless circumstances are approved by the SIK Golf Tour Committee. All withdrawals will be handled within 24 - 48 hours of entry.
