Payment
-
Players must pay online through the online portal with a valid Credit/Debit card.

Players who choose to make a deposit will have the option to pay at the event via check or credit card.

Withdrawal/Refund Policy

In order to withdraw from a SIK Golf Tour Event, players must fill out our withdrawal form HERE
-
All refunds and withdrawals will be assessed $50 for administrative fees and the funds will be credited back onto the original credit card. This fee is waved if entry is transferred to another SIK Golf Tour event

Players who choose to withdraw within 5 days of the event will receive NO REFUND, unless circumstances are approved by the SIK Golf Tour committee. *It is the players responsibility to be aware of when the deadline is*

Players who qualify for a sanctioned tour event, will not incur an administrative fee when they withdraw

If a player does not show for their tee time, there refund of any amount

All withdrawals will be handled within 24 - 48 hours of form submission

Prize Purse Distribution
-
The SIK Golf Tour will be paying the top 30% of the field in EVERY event. The player who places last within the top 30% will ALWAYS receive the registration fee back

In the event the SIK Golf Tour hosts a 54 hole event, there will be a cut after 2 days to the top 30 players and ties. Any player who makes the cut will be paid at least their money back. In the event their are not more than 30 players registered, there will be no cut and all players will play all 3 rounds.

Players who fill out their W9 prior to the first round, will be eligible to receive direct deposits within 24 hours of the events conclusion. Fill out your W9 HERE

Players who do not fill out their W9 prior to the event, will be mailed their check within 24 - 48 hours of the events conclusion

Official Event
-
A tournament that completes 18 holes by players is deemed a completed tournament. Therefore, there will be no refunds for an event that has completed 18 holes or more.

Starting Times
-
Starting times for each event will be made available at 6pm three days before the first round starts. They will be emailed to you and will also be posted on the info page for the event under “Pairings”. We will do our best to accommodate starting time requests for Rd 1, but will not accept any requests for Rd 2.

Players must check-in at the registration table once they arrive to the golf course for Rd 1. Please register before going to the driving range, putting green or 1st tee so you can be properly checked-in.

Each player must arrive to their respective starting hole 10 minutes prior to their assigned tee time. Arriving to the tee late disrupts the tournament and causes unnecessary delays.

Weather Policy

Any player has the right to suspend play if they feel threatened by dangerous weather conditions or lightning without penalty. If there needs to be a suspension of play, there will be ONE LONG HORN BLAST, and all players should mark their balls and seek shelter immediately. The SIK Golf Tour will do its absolute best to keep all competitors and spectators’ safety its top priority throughout the tournament.

Code of Conduct

The SIK Golf Tour prides itself in the quality of players, host facilities and community involvement at each of its events. In order to continue making our events enjoyable for everyone, the SIK Golf Tour will not tolerate any behavior that is unbecoming of a professional golfer. Player’s in violation of the code of conduct with the Tour may lose playing privileges as well as being liable to penalty strokes or disqualification.

All SIK Tour golfers are reminded to respect the host facility and their staff/golf course. Players are expected to repair ball marks on the greens and divots where needed. Players are also expected to rake all bunkers and care for the course throughout their tournament experience.

Violations of the Code of Conduct include: unsportsmanlike conduct (including abusive language, cheating, club throwing, disrespect to volunteers, officials or fellow competitors or abuse of golf course property); not adhering to the dress code of the host golf course; use or association with drugs or alcohol; and conduct not becoming of a SIK Golf Tour player, such as acting in anger or creating other distractions.

Code of Conduct Violation Penalties: The SIK Golf Tour tournament committee may enforce any or all of the following penalties based on the severity and frequency of the violation(s): a two-stroke penalty for each act of unsportsmanlike conduct on the golf course, immediate disqualification from the tournament at which the violation occurs and/or a tournament disqualification that may result in disqualification from the next tournament(s) for which a player has been accepted. The SIK Golf Tour reserves the right to suspend or revoke a player’s membership for a major breach of the SIK Golf Tour Code of Conduct. Violation of the SIK Golf Tour Code of Conduct may affect a player’s eligibility for future events.

Publications, Video, Internet Consent and Release Agreement
Players who attend events in the SIK Golf Tour season will occasionally be a part of SIK Golf Tour publicity, publications and/or public relations activities. In order to guarantee player privacy, the SIK Golf Tour asks that the player agree to this release agreement in the act of registering for the current season. The agreement below indicates approval for the player’s name, picture, art, written work, voice, verbal statements or portraits (video or still) to appear in SIK Golf Tour publications or on the SIK Golf Tour website. For example, pictures and articles about SIK Golf Tour activities may appear in local, regional and/or national newspapers or publications. These pictures and articles may or may not personally identify the player. The pictures and/or videos may be used by SIK Golf Tour in subsequent years.
